Digital Healthcare Education Bursaries and Tickets

WHO QUALIFIES FOR FREE PASSES?

Thanks to our partners and exhibitors we secured 1000 education bursaries to be able to provide qualifying delegates free passes to attend Digital Healthcare and fully discount the £899 ticket price. If you are a technology professional or a key decision maker within the public sector or NHS you will be eligible for a pass.

Your delegate badge will give you access to all areas at Digital Healthcare. Even if you can only attend for just an hour on one of the days your pass will be FREE.

When the 6,100 free passes have been claimed, tickets will cost £599 for 1 day passes or £899 for a 2 day pass.

If you work for a commercial company you will not qualify for a free ticket but can purchase passes.

DELEGATES WITH SUBSIDISED TICKETS

Your delegate badge will give you access all areas at Health+Care and Digital Healthcare. Even if you can only attend for just an hour on one of the days your pass will be FREE.

The cancellation deadline for free places was the 15th June 2017, delegates who have not cancelled their place and do not transfer their place to a colleague will be liable to pay a £99 non-attendance fee to cover the cost of the reserved ticket.

To transfer your place simply give your badge or badge number to a colleague and we they can update their details at the registration desk at the show.

Remember your badge will be free only if you attend for a few hours on one day. You'll learn more here in just a few hours than you could from months of research in your organisation

DELEGATES WITH PAID FOR PASSES

Delegates will receive a 50% refund if places are cancelled before 15th June 2017, no refunds will be given after this date.
