A Computer engineer and an MBA graduate from Queen’s university in Canada, Ananya has 18+ years of experience working in digital and operational transformation programmes in healthcare sector, transport, manufacturing, mortgage etc. She currently leads the portfolio of Digital Transformation in Primary care and adult social care in South East London, which includes major programmes such as Online & video consultation, Messaging optimisation, Automation/AI, BI platforms, Patience record access, Online registration, NHS App, Pharmacy First, digital social care record for care home and home care.
