Pavee Jeyaratnam is a senior digital transformation and data leader, with over 14 years of experience in the NHS across acute and community care. With a background in healthcare data, analytics and business intelligence, she is a passionate advocate of the power of data and evidence-based decision making in healthcare management and improvement. Pavee is currently leading a programme of digital optimisation of patient pathway management at Imperial Healthcare College NHS Trust. She is passionate about the importance of user insights and co-design in improvement programmes, and in designing, deployment and adoption of digital solutions to ultimately improve staff and patient experience and outcomes. Pavee is an advocate for equality, equity, diversity and inclusion and is also chair of Imperial’s Women’s Network.
