Robert Turnbull

Robert is a founding leader of PA Consulting’s multi-award winning Argenti Care Technology Partnership and leads PA Consulting’s relationship with ADASS. His goal is to help Directors of Adult Social Care achieve their objectives for their service users, their workforce and the health and social care system through creative and innovative use of Care Technology, delivered at pace and scale and value for money. Robert works alongside Directors of Adult Social Care, Strategic Directors of Commissioning and their top teams, in the UK and internationally. He supports transformation in the way Adult Social Care is designed and delivered that both improve the lives and outcomes of those adults that depend upon their services; helps Councils’ to address the challenges that demand for Adult Social Care services has on their financial sustainability; and helps to build sustainable communities.
