A year on from the revolutionary use of AI to predict health outcomes from pendant alarm presses (‘Delivering Prevention Today’), Taking Care are launching the ‘How Taking Care Deliver Practical Prevention’ insight report. In this interactive session we offer practical support to help commissioners navigate the impending social care crisis through effective prevention.
Steve and Dan show how we’ve harnessed data-led research found in hidden patterns in personal alarm call data to deliver a proactive service for customers that flags issues with customers and their loved ones.
We recognise prevention is talked about but difficult to deliver, this session will show how commissioners can deliver cost effective solutions to navigating practical prevention for the building pressures faced in adult social care.
