Ian is a medical doctor and qualified psychologist. He also has many year's experience in medical management. He joined PHIN in September 2022 and under his leadership, the organisation has undergone significant transformation and progress. His mantra for PHIN is to "Serve the patient, support the stakeholder, deliver the CMA's Private Healthcare Market Order." PHIN's main mission is to provide patients with valuable insights and data, empowering them to make informed decisions and choose the best healthcare options for their needs.
