Erica is an innovative transformation professional with significant experience of end-to-end delivery on large complex programmes of work including Outpatient Transformation, RPA, Menopause in the Workplace and real world test and evaluation of innovation. Erica is a strong advocate for innovation in healthcare and the critical role it must play in increasing the pace and scale of change to deliver better outcomes for patients, supporting elective recovery and improving conditions for the NHS workforce. Erica now leads the Innovation function at Royal Free London which is dedicated to the development of digital innovation by the NHS, for the NHS.
