James Lewis

James is a Lead Consultant within IBM’s Enterprise Strategy team. An expert in Value Orchestration, he helps NHS organisations optimise their productivity by identifying, prioritising and realising value in a sustainable manner. He's developed and applied his expertise in roles across tens of Trusts, two National Bodies and a secondment to a leading Acute Trust - with cycles of experience in the Public Sector and Financial Services.
