Jen Basco

Jennifer Basco is an Associate Partner in the Talent Transformation practice at IBM. Jen has 25 years’ experience overseeing digital transformation programmes and cost-saving initiatives on behalf of organisations across a range of industries and sectors. Most of her career has been spent outside of the United States working with clients in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. She holds specialist expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, advisory consulting and employee experience. She currently resides in the UK.
