Lucy works with the NHS to drive productivity improvements through user-centred design and innovation. She is passionate about improving patient and staff experiences through digital, design and automation. She co-leads IBM's Intelligent Workflows offering to NHS trusts, where teams deliver productivity improvements through insight (process mining and process research) that leads to impact (interventions that make a measurable difference in a matter of weeks, not months).
