Husband, father, NHS employee and sometime user of services, bringing a range of skills, knowledge and experience to Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS FT for over 25yrs in various roles – Clinical (Therapist/ Behaviour Specialist), EPR Quality and Performance, Transformation, R&D, Innovation and Business Development and Digital. Keen to better understand how we personalise care and wellbeing at all levels in the system and the challenges of making that a reality. Staunch promoter of digital professional, academic and practice standards, working closely with professional bodies and universities, including Surrey University, School of Health and Medical Science, lecturing on organisational innovation and change in practice.
