Rachel Cust

Rachel is Assistant Director of Workforce and Organisational Development at Mid Yorkshire NHS Teaching Trust. She provides senior leadership and strategic vision to the Trust’s Workforce Transformation, Workforce Information and People Digital Programmes/Services, as well as an Operational Partnering team. Her passion for creating excellent, modern employee and patient experiences combined with her specialist knowledge of people analytics, systems and organisational change makes her a valuable member of the Trust’s People & Culture Committee and Patient Safety Strategy Board. Previously Rachel has led complex TUPE and change programmes; and provided HR Business Partnering to NHS Digital’s Data and Product Divisions.
