Suzi has worked at The Key Safe Company for almost 20 in a variety of roles from Admin, Quality, Market Research, Customer Support and Sales. Suzi has a genuine passion for ensuring that all our customers receive the best possible experience with us from both a customer service perspective as well as from the products they buy. Suzi is always pushing for improvements that will enhance the customer experience and has a keen interest in keeping up to date on what is happening in the care industry. As well as a professional interest, she is personally impacted with a close family member being on the autism spectrum. Married with two sons, Suzi finds herself in a household where even the dogs are male. She enjoys long walks along the canal and escaping into a good book.
