Tandeep Gill

Tandeep Gill is an innovative and customer focused transformation and change leader with over 15 years experience across the pharmacy sector. After qualifying as a Pharmacist in 2005, Tandeep spent the next five years managing pharmacy teams championing person-centred care to local communities and care homes. In 2010, Tandeep was promoted to Regional Operations Manager engaging and leading more than 50 pharmacies across the Norfolk and Nottingham area, with hands on experience implementing multiple care homes across the Midlands, delivering a reliable and local service. In 2018, Tandeep was promoted to Programme Implementation Manager and spent the next two years shaping and delivering the largest transformation programme across Well Pharmacy. In 2020, Tandeep transitioned into the role of Digital Operations Manager, supporting our online pharmacy with over 100,000 patient nominations through the coronavirus pandemic, which saw a big increase in demand due to the national lockdown. In July 2020, Tandeep joined the Well Care Homes Service Team as business lead and works closely with he team and suppliers to improve and grow our care home offer
