Vivienne Turtle-Savage

Viv has worked in the NHS for over 20 years, many of those spent running local and national research trials involving people with foot ulcers due to diabetes. Prior to joining Livewell Southwest in 2022, Viv was a Business Development Associate for an advanced wound care product manufacturer where she was responsible for the post-trial clinical evaluation of the product in multi-disciplinary diabetic foot clinics. Her current role focuses on using data to support the local implementation of the NWCSP Recommendations for Lower Limb Ulcers. Having seen treatments through from clinical trial to adoption, Viv’s aim is to ensure robust system-level wound care data is available to drive best practice and support the adoption of evidence-based treatments.
